We are all missing live music right now, none more than the bands we took for granted. Help is at hand in Stranger Times courtesy of woolly hat wearing Norse weirdoes Vulture Industries. Having already persevered through lockdown and playing a show at Bergen’s Vestindien, the towns last surviving brothel the daft nits have picked another odd venue for their latest performance streaming live on Saturday 6/2/21. With the shops all closed we head back to times when you had to make your own clothes so what better place than the Salhus Tricotagefabrik a knitting factory. At the height of its industry “The factory produced socks, underwear, sweaters and swimsuits for women and men.” You could always spot a Norwegian wearing knitted underwear by their twitchy walking gait, similar in style with the way frontman Bjørnar Nilsen moves about on stage. Audience members are invited to partake in this historic event by replicating these moves in the comfort and safety of their own living room.

The band comments. Once more we take on the internet to bring you an evening of leisure and musical oddities. This time we travel to the historical location of Salhus Tricotagefabrik, once the industrial heart of the vest coast community Salhus, now a knitting factory museum.  We have fans all over the world and concert ticket prices vary from country to county. The ongoing pandemic has also hit some harder than others. Therefor we don’t want to hide the concert behind a paywall. Still…. generosity is appreciated and for those who prefer a set price, you can pick either a signed paper ticket or get a digital one from our webshop.  As before it is also possible to make donations.
