Opening track, ‘Ascension Towards The Promethean Fire’, begins with the bells tolling and then launches into raw demonic dirty black metal. It is calculated and measured and is as polished as it is maniacal and vile. The vocals from Lord Angelslayer are growling and commanding, each word spat out with passion and power and dictating for the evil and satanic verses to be soaked up and absorbed by all that are partaking in this sermon. The strings cut through the rawness with delicate precision and create an ice-cold aura and air about them. The drums are ritualistic and nihilistic from the outset, each beat powering through the ice cold, with the track building speed and momentum as it draws towards the business end and generates a pace and momentum which is impressive by anyone’s standards.

‘Crown Cloaked With Death’ starts with indistinguishable murmurs before a war like procession batters your senses whilst maintaining a rhythmic and seismic backbone. The vocals are even more vitriolic and demonic throughout, less pronounced, but certainly no less dirty or raw. The vertebrae of rhythm and percussion is still in situ and the fretwork from all camps is impressive with the speed and precision with which they are served. The track does not hang around and delivers its goods in a compact and brutal fashion, one which leaves you battered into submission in an impressive, condensed affair.

‘Nightside Prayer’ again opens the track with words which are difficult to decipher before the song fully opens its wings to a demonic stature and infrastructure. The track feels a little more structured and built, the vocals are less gruff and seem a little lighter on the power with which they are being supplied. The track is punctuated at times with slower riffs and coarse drum work before launching back into the frantic and frenetic trademark style of these Finnish demigods. ‘Nightside Prayer’ is the shortest of the four tracks yet utilises all of its brief life to inject healthy doses of immoral, diabolical beliefs into your subconscious.

Final track, ‘The Semen Of Anti Mastery’ is probably the most abhorrent and depraved track on the release. The vocals seem fouler and more decadent, and the musical score sitting behind the verbal notion is more malevolent and violent than previously witnessed. The track clocks in at just over the five minute mark but the whole ceremony is over in what seems like no time at all. The composition of the track blends in well to the other tracks on the EP and rounds the events off with ease.

‘All Christianity Ends’ is a major success and dispenses a true dose of sullied and visceral black metal, yet in a way that can easily be perceived as calculated and measured, clinical and contrived. This package is thunderous and another juggernaut from these Suomi Antichrists, one which helps cement their place at the summit of the Black arts movement
